We collect only what is needed to provide the CV builder, deliver PDFs, operate accounts, and keep the service secure.

Browser storage: While you build a CV, draft data may be stored locally in your browser (for example localStorage) until you clear it or finish your session.
CV submissions: When you generate or email a PDF, we collect the email address you provide, your template choice, and the CV content required to create and deliver the file. Generated PDFs may be stored temporarily on our servers or CDN.
Account data: If you create an account, we store your name, email address, password (hashed), and CVs you save to your dashboard.
Shared CV links: If you enable sharing, a unique token is created so others can view your CV until you disable sharing.
Contact form: When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message.
Technical logs: We may retain request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
